A movie Review: Suffragette

Hello, It's time for a new blog and it will be a movie review (yay :P)

Well, the name of the movie is "Suffragette". The story takes place in 1912 in England and the plot is about the feminist movement to get women's rights to vote.

I like the film, because it takes a real event and create a different perspective of the event,  it doesn't feel fictional, you stay very sceptic to the idea of Maud Watts to enter to the feminist movement, because she has a family to take care and the society could be punish her if she do it, also she had a very shy personality in the first part of the film. However, she surprises the audience when she tells her experience and how she lives while she works at the laundry. She passed through for a lot of things and then you could understand why she could do all the things that she did in the movie.

In the film participate many characters, but my favorites are Edith Ellyn and Maud Watts, because both of them wanted a change:
Edith wanted the possibility to study for all women who wanted, because she wanted to be a doctor, but for her gender she couldn't.
And Maud wanted change the reality of his partners in the laundry, because her boss was sexually abussing of the girls who were working there, and also get better conditions for future women.

And my least character is Sonny Watts, Maud's husband, because he was very insensible with all the things that Maud passed through, he dropped her to the streets, he didn't allowed Maud to see their child and he gave their child for adoption. He was a really horrible person.

I like the part when Maud burned her boss's right hand when he tried to abuse her, because for me if someone could be that bad, that person deserve a punishment. (Also, I would burn his face instead of his hand).

I didn't like when Maud was forced to eat when she went on a hunger strike in jail. The guards used force and violence, also they used instruments like a funnel to get her to eat something.

Well, my opinion of this movie is that this is a really interesting story, which take real events and real persons to get more veracity. I really recommend this film for lovers of history.

What country I would visit??

Uhh.... I need some time to think about it. If I choose a country that I never visit before I would choose Germany. My grandgrand parents are from there, and I think it would be a very good experience, the language maybe would be a problem, but you can always buy a dictionary or a guide in the airport :P. If I choose the time of year to travel there, I would choose winter. Because I think that the better way to see all the touristic things is choosing the uncommon time for tourists. And also, I like cloudy days; my mom told me that in Germany's winter you don't see the sun for weeks, I think that is very interesting :D. But it could be problematic, because it could be a really bad weather, and could be cancelled all the touristic views. Other thing that I'm interested is the desserts, like strudel or kuchen or porridge. (I already tasted it but I want to taste the original ones hehe). Learning english in university

Hellouuuu :D Yeaahh, this is the last blog of the year :D And the topic of this blogs is...  (insert  drumroll  sound plase) The english program at university. Well, I have coursed the last 2 levels in the faculty, because I exempted of the first ones, so I'm going to talk about levels 3 and 4, but more about english 4. My opinion, in my own experience, is this is a really good subject, because you practice you speak and you listening understanding at the very begining. At school you could speak spanish all the class (except in my 8th grade al school, because my english teacher that time has the idea of "if you are in a english class, you should speak in english", I loved her classes), but here you need speak english in most of the time (only in  emergencies you can speak in spanish or if you don't know how to said in english and you ask to the teacher how to say it). The new topic: SERIES :D

Hello everyone :D This new entrance is about series, and I'm going to talk about my favorites series yeah :P Well, if you consider some cartoons like series, I have many, but I have a really bad memory so I'm going to mention the cartoons that I saw last time. During last semester I was seeing: Star vs the force of evil, a good cartoon. It's about a teenager   (Star Butterfly)  from another dimension called Mewni, and this girl has a magic wand, but she couldn't control it, so her parents send her to Earth to learn how to control her powers. She was attacked by monsters, but she and her friend Marco Diaz (a normal human) beat them. It's a good comedy, with drama, the typical problems of teenager and some interesting pasts of the characters.
